How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with Growth-level features, up to 5 connected inboxes, and unlimited domains — no card required. When it ends, pick a plan to keep monitoring running.
What happens if I don't subscribe after the trial?
Your data stays put and stays visible. Monitoring pauses and you can't add new inboxes until you subscribe — nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing page; changes are prorated by our payment provider.
What counts as an inbox?
Each connected mailbox (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) that Swift Mail Ops monitors counts once, regardless of how much mail it sends.
Who handles payments and tax?
Checkout, invoicing, and local taxes are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Cards and local payment methods are supported worldwide.
